Ryan Walters is the most senior member of the Anacortes City Council. First elected in 2011, Ryan has led the way on reforming the City's land use rules, open government, and sustainable fiscal policy.

We will keep this open until we’ve spent all available funding.

Applicants do need to:

Have a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC)
Have a Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) – Or can show they have applied.
Be a Washington State Resident
Explain a financial or other hardship/barrier (self-attestation only)
