TOLEDO CITY'S MOST WANTED NEUTRALIZED BY THE ELEMENTS OF THE TOLEDO CITY POLICE STATION...

At around 9:00AM of June 1, 2017, this station received an information of the location of a dangerous armed wanted person, a certain JESSIE CRIS DIZON RECLA (suspect) having a warrant of arrest for MURDER under criminal case no. TCS - 10876 duly signed by Executive Judge Hermes Montero of RTC Branch 59, Toledo City dated May 23, 2016.

During the implementation of his warrant of arrest, the suspect refused to surrender peacefully prompting the responding police officers to conduct a Close Quarter Assault but was met by volley of gunfire from the suspect, grazing the left foot of PO3 John Ricafort. Thus, prompting the assault team upon a close supervision of PSupt. Samuel Valenzuela Mina Jr. to fire back at once hitting the head of the suspect that caused his instantaneous death.

At around 5:50 o’clock in the afternoon, May 26, 2017, the elements of this station under a close supervision of PSupt. Samuel Valenzuela Mina, Jr. conducted a buy-bust operation that led to the arrest of LEF TYRON CABAÑOG AGRAVIADOR, 31 years old, male, single and a resident of Brgy. Cabitoonan, Toledo City and JAYSON CABALLES TIMKANG, 24 years old, male, single and a resident of Brgy. Cabitoonan, Toledo City.

Recovered from the possession and control of AGRAVIADOR were the following:
1. 5 pcs. Small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.
2. 2 pcs. Medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.
3. Three thousand five hundred pesos cash money in different denomination believed to be his illegal proceeds.
4. 1 pc. of five hundred peso paper bill with serial number ME865492.
5. 1 pc. Paltik Black widow revolver
6. 5 pcs. Live ammunition of calibre 9 mm.

Recovered from the possession and control of TIMKANG were the following:
1. 2 pcs. Small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.

The said arrested persons are now being temporarily detained at the Toledo City Police Station Detention Cell while appropriate charges are now being prepared for violations of Sections 5 and 11 of Article II of R. A. 9165 and R. A. 10591.

At around 1:30 P.M. May 23, 2017, the elements of this station under a close supervision of PSupt. Samuel Valenzuela Mina Jr. conducted a buy-bust operation that led to the arrest of Roberto Quindao Campo Jr. aka ROY, 53 years old, married and a resident of Brgy. Ilihan, Toledo City. The said arrested person is temporarily detained at the Toledo City Police Station Detention Cell while appropriate charges are now being prepared for violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Article II of R. A. 9165.

In the light of the recent and very unfortunate event that happened in Marawi City, I enjoin the whole nation in condemning such inhumane act and my heartfelt prayers goes to our brothers and sisters most especially the men and women in uniform for their safety and welfare in this troubled times. Nonetheless, with the coordination of the City Mayor, we will be on full alert status and shall strengthen our security rounds and police visibility within our area of responsibility and other point of convergence. It is my fervent hope and wish, that if ever you notice any suspicious personality and event that may occur within your area, please feel free to coordinate with the proper authorities or you may reach us through this number 322 6260.

ROMEO MORENO REBUCIAS, 34 years old, male, married and a resident of Sitio Tapon, Brgy Matab-ang, Toledo City

ARSENIO MARCELLANA LAGNASON, 28 years old, male, single and a resident of Maraat Daku, Brgy. Matab-ang, Toledo City

FEBSON PILOTO NINGASCA, 26 years old, male, single and a resident of Sitio Tapon, Brgy. Matab-ang, Toledo City

PHOPEL ARELLANO CANTIGA, 30 years old, male and a resident of Sitio Tapon, Brgy. Matab-ang, Toledo City.

The said arrested persons are now being temporarily detained at the Toledo City Police Station Detention Cell while appropriate charges are now being prepared for violation of Sections 5, 11 and 12 of Article II of R. A. 9165.
