Child, Youth & School Services are essential family programs which directly support the military lifestyle and reduce the conflict between parental responsibilities and mission requirements. We strive to meet the needs of our patrons and the installation mission through four systems:

1) Child Development Services (Child Development Centers & Family Child Care)
2) School Age Services
3) Youth Services
4) CYS Services Liaison, Education & Outreach Services (CLEOS).

🗓️Join us for our District Enrollment Support Night on Monday, July 14, from 2:00–7:00 p.m. at the Board of Education Office, 200 N. 4th Street in downtown Leavenworth.

Families can connect with members of our team for:

✔️ Answers to your questions and more!

No appointment is necessary - just stop by during the event whenever it's convenient for you. Walk-ins are welcome! We look forward to helping your family get ready for another great school year.

Before your child's school or sports physical at Munson Army Health Center, please obtain the required forms directly from your child's school or school district and complete the parent/guardian portion before arriving.

Why do we ask families to provide the forms?

Our community is served by multiple elementary, middle, and high schools, in Kansas and Missouri and each school or athletic organization may use different paperwork.

When families arrive without the required forms, our staff must spend valuable appointment time locating the correct paperwork and waiting for it to be completed. That can delay appointments for other military families during our busiest season.

By bringing completed forms with you, you're helping us keep appointments running on time.

If you're unsure which forms your student needs, please contact your child's school before your appointment. Thank you for helping us make this busy season a success for everyone!
