💙 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇 𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐑: 𝚂𝙴𝙿𝚃𝙴𝙼𝙱𝙴𝚁 𝟽, 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟼💙

Last September 7, we held our Mental Health Seminar. 🧠💚

We all know school can be busy and stressful. Sometimes we feel tired, worried, or sad, but we don’t tell anyone. This seminar was made just for 𝐘𝐎𝐔— to remind you that your feelings matter, and you are not alone.

𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫, we learned simple but important things:

- ✅ 𝐈𝐭'𝐬 ᴏᴋᴀʏ not to be ᴏᴋᴀʏ
- ✅ ᴀsᴋɪɴɢ for help is 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞, not ᴡᴇᴀᴋ
- ✅ Your mental health is just as 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 as your ᴘʜʏsɪᴄᴀʟ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜ
- ✅ We need to be 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 to ourselves and to ᴇᴀᴄʜ ᴏᴛʜᴇʀ

A big ᴛʜᴀɴᴋʏᴏᴜ to our sᴘᴇᴀᴋᴇʀ who shared their stories and wisdom, to our teachers and clubs who supported this event, and to every student who came. Your presence showed that you ᴄᴀʀᴇ about yourself and your classmates — and that means so much.

𝓡𝓮𝓶𝓮𝓶𝓫𝓮𝓻 : If you ever feel down or need someone to talk to, please reach out to our guidance counselors, your teachers, or anyone you trusted. 𝓦𝓮 𝓐𝓻𝓮 𝓐𝓵𝔀𝓪𝔂𝓼 𝓗𝓮𝓻𝓮 𝓕𝓸𝓻 𝓨𝓸𝓾.

Ngayong buwan, ating ipinagdiriwang ang isa sa pinakamahalagang tao sa ating buhay. 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗮 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗼!

Sila ang mga taong hindi lang nagtuturo ng lesson at nagpapa-quiz, kundi 𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘆
din ng 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗼 sa atin at 𝗴𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆 upang tayo’y maging isang mabuting anak at mag-aaral.
