Indian population is densely concentrated in rural areas but the literacy rate of the rural population is quite low compare to urban areas & further rural people do not consider modern education an important asset for their women. Though all the villages in Karnataka are provided with primary schools, yet the rural people are not getting the satisfactory benefits from them due to various reasons.

These schools are suffering from inadequate trained teaching staff, teaching aids etc. In order to solve the inadequate nursery teacher problems, it is essential that a teacher goes through a proper teacher training course & the scope for the trained nursery teacher is unlimited in rural areas of Karnataka especially in Hassan, Arsikere, Tiptur, Banavar & Kadur. Unfortunately there is no pre school education in rural Karnataka like in urban areas. Aryan institute of Teacher Training are doing our best to spread education among women in rural areas.
