We had a much appreciated break in the cold temperatures as we completed the UL testing today. This pumper will soon head home to the Antigonish County Vol. Fire Department.
More pics and details to follow as we clean up and detail this 1250gpm pumper before it heads to it's new home.

We hope everyone has a safe Halloween this evening! I've been saving this post for today.
We'd like to thank the Indian Point Fire Department for having us build this monster of a F550.

This unit will serve as an initial attack, while having off-road capabilities that make this unit a capable brush truck as well.
The chassis sits on a Buck Stop single wheel conversion kit.

The pump system is new for us. It's an ultra high pressure Pyro HMA Hydrus 20 skid unit that pumps at 1450 psi - 20 gpm, and has a 250 gallon water tank.

The truck also has a small pump that will allow them to self load if needed.

Another feature this truck has is an onboard inverter to keep everything charged.

A Whelen light package controlled by Core.

This unit is also the first one we've installed Starlink on.

We're also proud to say that this unit is our first one with graphics produced, and applied completely in house. More to come on that.

We hope it serves the community well!!

Given the time of year, we had to try to carve a pumpkin with it!!

We're proud to be able to show a sneak peek of a cool unit we've been working on that's almost complete. I'll post lots more details once it's delivered. This is a 4x4 quick attack style unit with an ultra high pressure skid installed.

We love having a chance to build one for the home team!!
Many thanks to the Canning Fire Department for trusting us to build their new Tanker 21.
This unit has a Hale QMAX XS 1750 gpm midship pump, and is also equipped with a Hale AP50 420gpm auxiliary pump that will allow them to pump and roll using the front bumper turret and hose reel.

It carries just shy of 2400 imperial gallons on a 500hp Spartan FC94 chassis. The unit has a great lighting package from Federal Signal, along with some Whelen tracers.

Lots of big scene lighting around the body and a Wilburt Night Scan Chief on the cab.

It was a great day today.
We put this 500hp, 1750gpm pumper tanker we have built for the Canning Fire Department through the UL testing.
Everything worked great!!

More pics will follow once it's all cleaned up and ready to deliver.

We sent this beautiful truck home today to the great folks at Berwick & District Fire Department.

This unit has a Darley 420 gpm HE 48K that's powered by an on-board 48HP Kubota turbo diesel.
The truck has a 300 gallon water tank.

It has 2 hose reels, and a front bumper turret.

ROM powered rear cargo cover.

Whelen light package.

4 winch attachment points.

Dual direction cargo tray.

We appreciate having the opportunity to build for Berwick once again, and hope this versatile unit will serve the department well.

We had a chance to install some beautiful new Holmatro Pentheon tools on Brooklyn fires Squad 9 truck. Also did some compartment organization and mounted their Paratech struts. Thank you to Brooklyn fire for having us do this install.

We sent another pick up truck home this week to the great folks at Annapolis Royal Volunteer Fire Department. This one was a lot of fun to do with a great Whelen warning light package installed.

It also had a heavy duty front bumper added along with a new cap and roll out tray.

We appreciated the chance to work for this department once again and hope this pickup serves them well.

We finished a pickup truck upfit for the great folks at Halls Harbor Volunteer Fire Department today.

This included a Whelen light package, along with a new cap, rear tray, and custom graphics wrap by a local company. To closely match a rescue we built for HHVFD a few years ago.

We hope this unit serves you well, and appreciate you choosing us for this project.

We had a great time building this unit for the good folks at the Western Shore & District Fire Department. It's a 1250 GPM Initial Attack truck that carries 200 gallons of water.
This unit is equipped with a Hale Smartfoam system.
There are also 3 SCBA seats in the cab.
Lots of scene lighting on the body, and a Command light on top.

Western Shore was a great group to build for and we truly appreciate the job!

We hope this serves the community well.

We're happy to say that Thorburn Fire took their new pumper home today. This truck had a 1250gpm Hale qmax xs pump, and carries 1000 gallons of water.

Lots of good scene lighting, and a great Whelen warning light package.

This truck should make some noise with a Q Siren, howler, and Whelen electric Siren on board.

A 2000 watt inverter is also installed.

Slightly different cross lays on this unit with them being located under the pump operator cross walk.

The front bumper also has a preconnected trash line installed.

Ladders, hard suction, and pike pole storage in tunnels at the back of the truck.

Power actuated hose bed covers, and a read access ladder.

The group at Thorburn was great to work with. We truly appreciate your trust in us to build your new pumper.
