Buy an entire city block for $1

Rose colored glasses cracked. Now accepting bids for an entire city block including the historic, exquisite baulm building

Now accepting bids for an entire city block including the historic, exquisite Baulm building in Meridian, Mississippi (The old Newell Paper Building). After many years away, I returned to meridian with visions that included the development of the Baulm block but that bird has flown. It’s an amazing building and it can be had for a song! BUT Life is short, and this is Meridian...therefore, I could in no way recommend this purchase no matter the price tag. However, if you’ve ever had any desire to own a city block and you imagine a charming town glistening on the hill, my hat is off to you and this could be your grand opportunity. It would bde a shame to see the beautiful Baulm Building go down into the dust, as has been the fate of most of Meridian's history. Like the Threefoot Building, it too is important. But I am no longer hte person for the job and the clock is ticking. Tick...Tick...Tock...No bid is laughable. All considered. interested? Go to our page (right building/wrong town) and make us an offer(expressing your vision for the building will help/non-profit ideas welcome) or fax it to 601-483-0459. FOR MORE INFORMATION 601=693=1304 EXT 1007 or email [email protected].. the deadline for bids is May 1st, 2014 at which time a decision will be made. Buyer buys "As Is" and is responsible for two years of back taxes.
