Anybody willing to check their cameras from last night to see if you can spot the person who hit me and my neighbor while we were sleeping? Happened around 2:00 am on Klein just south of the elementary school. They were traveling north, perhaps might have turned down 14th, 15th, or 16th so if you live on any of those streets with camera footage, Please reach out to John Cheek for tips.

WINTER WEATHER UPDATE 1/14 10 a.m. - City crews pretreated bridges, overpasses and select snow routes with a beet juice and salt brine solution overnight. Starting at noon, trucks will treat additional snow routes when snow begins to form. These crews will rotate until the weather subsides.

Find snow routes at OKC.gov/winter.

If possible, avoid driving while streets are covered in snow and avoid going outside due to extreme freezing temperatures. If you have to go outside, dress in layers.

Make sure elderly family members, friends and neighbors are prepared for the storm, and check on them during and after the storm.

THIS SATURDAY: Community garden work is being performed with the help of OU's Big Event! We could still use a couple of neighbors to help with this event. Students will be helping our neighborhood put together raised garden beds, spread wood chips, rake, and assemble a shed and picnic table. If you are able, come and join us! The event is from 9:45am-12pm at 1308 NW 14th St
