SELF-SERVICE OPTIONS
The Kisok is used by Airman of the 81st TRW each and every day. It enables them to access their Leave and Earning Statement and personnel records. Airman can also modify dream sheets for future assignments.
Our First class self help room, located within the Comptroller Squadron, allows members to file their Personal In processing System (PIPs) voucher, Electronic Finance voucher (reserves only), and Defense Travel System (DTS) voucher. If the member does require assistance, all they would have to do is ask and one of our sixteen technicians will be glad to help them fill their vouchers out.
We continue to emphasis the "Click, Call, Walk" mentality by having a call center that is available 24 hours a day. If after hours, a customer service technician will contact the member the next business day to answer their questions.
