We support Reassignment actions, Transition Services, Retirement Services, Casualty Operations, Soldier Readiness preparation, ID Card and DEERS services, and In/Out Processing of the installation. We would like to stress that we primarily support Army personnel with the exception of the few members of our sister services that are assigned to JBLM-Main, North, or Gray Army Airfield. However, ID Card services are a Department of Defense level service that can provide to all branches of the Armed Forces (Please see the ID Cards Center section of our webpage for eligibility details. For information pertaining to Air Force personnel or JBLM-McChord Field support services see the information provided below). We provide support services for a wide array of geographically separated units (such as recruiting stations, ROTC Battalions, Army depots, etc) throughout the Western half of the country. Additionally we provide certain services for units that are not part of the PSDR process and do not have internal support for actions like compassionate reassignments, duty status changes, record corrections, congressional inquiries, Married Army Couples Program applications, and Officer Candidate selection boards.
