Washington Republicans like Max Miller, Mike Turner and Mike Carey chose tax breaks for billionaires over food for children. Make no mistake, the blame falls squarely on them.

Cuts to the nation’s largest food assistance program will likely spill over into schools, causing students to lose access to free breakfast and lunch.
