Maphalane Disability Trust- MDT Maphalane Disabled Children's Trust is a Non-profit Organisation for people and children living with disabilities within the Northern Cape and Thabazimbi

The mandate of the Maphalane Disability Trust is:

To promote the effective participation of people with disability in the community. To effectively and efficiently manage the operation of the Trust. To equitably distribute funds to the community of people with disabilities in the Northern Cape Thabazimbi in Limpopo. To identify , develop and manage relevant developmental projects for the host communities of Sishen Iron Ore Company mining operations. To promote the effective participation of the historically disadvantaged South African communities.
