The Forced Exit of Foreigners has created a new monster.
With the exit of foreign nationals, it seems that a fair amount of job opportunities have opened up. This may sound fantastic, however it comes with a bit of venom in its bite. Those locals who are currently employed, see greener pastures open up, with the possibility of earning more with companies that are now desperate to fill the void.
They abruptly vacate their current employment without notice, rendering a new and vicious cycle of vacant jobs that get filled equally fast, and most often by unskilled or unqualified individuals.
All it is, is a reshuffle that is going on. This renders the majority of affected companies vulnerable as they now need to train and develop the new-comers. Most companies staff turnover will be high until they have found a reasonable & effective mix of human resource. Until then, the company suffers and so does the economy.
The sad reality is that with this reshuffle and time it takes before companies recover, it will be financially unfeasible and too far gone to recover, that it forces more companies to close.
A greater level of unemployment is now on the horizon.
Buckle up, it’s going to be a bumpy ride for the next couple of months.
