Hallow everyone. I hope you are all well. I also hope that this new year will bring you joy and prosperity. it has been a while since we posted something on our timeline. However we have been very busy assisting our clients with expungement, I must say 2023 has been great, we managed to helps 463 people clear their criminal records.
I am also pleased to announce that our company is now registered. I will share the details with you guys soon. There will be some changes this year in terms of security. We found out that there are people who inbox our clients and claim to be working with lawyers and promise to clear their criminal records etc.

As i have said before criminal record expungement is free, anyone can send their application to Justice Office which is in Pretoria. We opened this page to assist with information amd also to help those that are unable to apply on their own and send the application on their behalf. We charge an administration fee of R500 but this year of 2024 the administration fee is R600. we also charge R300 for a follow up to those who have done the application themselves and have not gotten any response. We track their application and do a follow up to help speed up the process.

Good Morning fellow friends, i trust you are well, just need to enlighten something about criminal record, if you were found guilty and got convicted, wheather with the option of a fine or you paid admission of guilty or warned and cautioned, you still need to wait 10 years in order to qualify for expungement, NB crimanal record doesn't automatically goes away since 10 years has lapsed as most people think, you need to expunge it by completing criminal record expungement application and attach all relevant documents then wait 4 months for the application to be finalised, sometimes its goes up to 6 months depending to the work load the department is experiencing.

The other thing people dont know about is that even if you committed a petty crime and got convicted you need to wait 10 years eg breaking lockdown regulations, caught with bompie or zol of dagga

Good day everyone, just a little advice, if you know you were once arrested and charged, maybe later your case was withdrawn, make sure that you go to your nearest police station and do finger prints clearance certificate and make sure that you dont have a criminal record, because most of you paid admission of guilty not knowing by doing so you are actual admitting to a crime maybe you were accused of and later to found out they have a criminal record because it wasnt explained to them properly. Most of people who were arrested during covid times and paid money are not aware that they have criminal record, they are suprised by employers when they are told that they have a criminal record, other people they have criminal record that they dont even know, and were never arrested and charged, but due to the fact that they lost their IDs and were used as false identity with the intention to commit crime.

CRIMINAL T EXPUNGEMENT IS FREE anyone can apply by themselves. We charge R500 for administration fee only if we apply on your behalf for those that cannot apply by themselves or those who applied and have been waiting for a long time without any response.

I repeat again there are no shot cuts, if u want to lie, sceem and break the law to get your criminal record expunged please go somewhere else not here.

Some even offer to pay a lot of money so we can speed up the process. To me tht is an insult. The process take from one to four months depending on how quickly they process your application at the department of criminal justice which is in Pretoria.

There a a lot of ppl who claim to do the expungement and they ask for a lot of money because they know tht ppl are desperate. So be careful what u put yoself into. Some will take to money and forge the criminal record EXPUNGEMENT certificate because u are impatient. This is a warning and an eye opener.

I created this page mainly to help people, some send their application by themselves and they come here for advice and we offer that advice to them because the main goal is not to make money but to help people.

Your criminal record will not be expunged if the ten years waiting period has not lapsed, it doesn't matter how much money u are willing to pay.

Good day dear friends.

If u were sentenced to undergo imprisonment u do not qualify for expungement.

You only qualify if u paid fine
Or
If u got a suspended sentence.

However if u were sentenced to undergo imprisonment with the option of a fine then u do qualify.

My fellow brothers and sisters, I hope u are all doing great.
We urge u guys to be a little bit patient hence we are faced with the so called loadshedding pandemic. Applications are taking a bit longer than they usually do.

An advise to those tht have done the application by themselves: if u have not gotten a response in 3 months resend yo application.

All those whose applications were done by us, u need not to worry we are working tirelessly making sure that everything goes smoothly.

Greetings to you all.
I need to make something clear real quick.
Everything we do here is legal, the purpose of this page is so we can assist those that are unable to apply for expungement on their own, we then apply on their behalf through the criminal justice office. There are no short cuts here. We do charge an administration fee of R400 for all the trouble that we go through making sure that the clients application went through. Secondly one needs to have completed ten years before they can apply for expungement. We do offer free advice to those that need it.
