What elephants can teach us about women and leadership. 🐘🌿
In elephant families, it is often the matriarch — the oldest and most experienced female — who leads the herd. She remembers where to find water, recognises danger, guides the family through difficult times and helps protect the next generation.
Her leadership is built on experience, wisdom, connection and care.
Perhaps there is something beautifully human in that too.
This National Women’s Day, we celebrate the women who lead families, communities, businesses and generations forward — sometimes from the front, sometimes quietly from within, but always leaving a path for others to follow.
