As the term of the 6th democratic administration ends, I thank and appreciate the opportunity I was given to serve our Free State province at the behest of the African National Congress. It was not an easy journey, however, I believe that humility, hard work, diligence and work ethic carried me and the collective through. I tried my best to advance the interests of our people and have full confidence that the 7th administration will take the baton forward. I thank the people of the Free State and South Africa for their support, including the colleagues in the Legislature and officials in the departments; comrades and friends, fellow church members, as well as my family, my wife in particular, for their patience, prayers and unwavering support throught this term. I will continue to serve my organization and our people until we achieve better life for all. π
