My name is Jerenique Smith, and I am currently in my second year of studying Accounting at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT). My journey through higher education has been one of growth, resilience, and perseverance, and I am incredibly proud of how far I have come. 🌟
I chose to pursue higher education because I wanted to create a better future for myself and my family. I also wanted to challenge myself, become more independent, and achieve something meaningful that I could be proud of. Starting university was an important step towards building the future I have always envisioned. 🎯
Throughout this journey, I have been blessed with a strong support system. My family, friends, and loved ones have continuously encouraged and motivated me, especially during the difficult moments. Their unwavering support reminded me of why I started and gave me the strength to keep moving forward when challenges arose. 💙
One of my greatest achievements is simply making it this far. University has not always been easy thus far, but I have remained committed to my studies and continued pushing through every obstacle.
