Ms Alison Tilley
Part-time Member
Reappointed as a Part-time Member, Ms Tilley brings extensive experience in transparency, accountability, access to information and whistleblowing.

Ms Noma-Gcina Mtshontshi
Full-time Member
Appointed as a Full-time Member, Ms Mtshontshi brings more than 30 years of experience in legal practice, governance, compliance, forensic investigations, risk management and data governance.

Ms Nthupang Ngobeni
Executive Responsible for PAIA
Appointed as the Executive responsible for the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), Ms Ngobeni brings extensive experience in regulatory policy, enforcement, governance, research and stakeholder engagement.

The Information Regulator welcomes these appointments and looks forward to the contribution of each appointee towards advancing information rights, transparency, accountability and effective regulation in the public interest.

We wish Ms Tilley, Ms Mtshontshi and Ms Ngobeni every success in their respective roles.
