Steps to follow when Applying for a BNG/RDP House:🏠📝

1. Visit your Provincial Department of Human Settlements or Local Municipal office. 🏛️
2. Get an RDP housing application form.📝
3. Register on the Housing Needs Database. 📂
4. Receive a reference number and application date for status checks. 🗓️
5. Remember if your Household income increase to more than R3500.01 apply for other housing subsidies e.g. (First Home Finance).🏡
