🌳🌱 PARKS COMPETITION EVALUATION VISIT 🌱🌳

Tswelopele local municipality, SHE Evolves, and the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE),recently conducted an evaluation visit to schools in Bultfontein and Hoopstad as part of the Parks Competition initiative.

The purpose of the visit was to assess and appreciate the creativity, teamwork, and environmental awareness demonstrated by learners who were tasked with designing and developing mini parks at their schools using trees donated by the DFFE.

The initiative aims to encourage environmental sustainability, beautification of school surroundings, and active participation of young people in protecting the environment for future generations.

We would like to commend all participating schools, educators, and learners for their hard work, dedication, and innovative ideas showcased during the competition. Your efforts are contributing towards greener and cleaner communities.

Together, we continue to grow a culture of environmental responsibility and community development.
