I write with deep gratitude for your monumental efforts over the past few months. Our decisive victory is a direct result of your organizing power, your sacrifices, and your belief in our shared values.

Campaigns are not won by candidates; they are won by coalitions of dedicated people like you. Thank you for your hours of voter harvesting, your community outreach, and your strategic brilliance. You are the backbone of this campaign.

This victory gives us the mandate to deliver real change. I am honored to lead this dedicated group of volunteers as we move into the next phase. The real work begins now, and I know we are ready for LGE.

MOLO MAKHELWANE

As part of our “Molo Makhelwane” programme spearheaded by the ANCWL Ehlanzeni Regional Executive Committee, we were at Sondela and Jonela villages interacting with voters and attending to service delivery challenges.

The ANCWL leadership led by Chairperson comrade Phindile Nkuna divided volunteers into groups of 5, all groups provided positive feedback at the de-briefing session which depicted that ANC is the mostly loved and appreciated organization, and voters are going to give us a landslide victory on June 24th, 2026.

ANC BRANCH GENERAL MEETING

The African National Congress (ANC) in the Bushbuckridge Sub-Region successfully convened a Branch General Meeting on 30 May 2026 at Hoxani Tribal Council for the purpose of allowing ANC membership to democratically participate in the process of selecting a councillor candidates for Ward 03.

APPRECIATION TO THE ANC MEMBERSHIP

The African National Congress wishes to sincerely thank all members of Elvis Nkhatu Branch who attended and participated in the meeting.

The massive turnout and peaceful conduct by most of our comrades displayed continued strength, unity, and support for the mighty ANC.

We further appreciate the discipline shown by all candidates, supporters, volunteers, organisers, and election officials whose contributions made the meeting a success.

ELECTION OUTCOME

After the completion of the voting process and verification of results, the following comrades emerged as candidates:

Today, we had Letsema campaign at Masjid in memory of our late Councillor, Mohamed Male, “rahimah allah”, while 5 groups of volunteers embarked on a door to door trail engaging voters.

Albeit service delivery challenges which concerns citizens, the voters of Tsemamarhumbu village assured us that they will vote for the African National Congress on 24 June 2026 because they believe the Congress Movement is the only liberator of our people.

The dust has risen, Kubhunya Lutfuli at Chayaza Secondary School in Bushbuckridge Local Municipality marking a progressive step towards turning the school into a state-of-the-art facility.

Construction progress currently stands at 17%.
Once completed, the development will consist of 20 classrooms, an administration block, science laboratories, a media and mathematics lab, a fully equipped library and computer lab, a kitchen, a multipurpose hall, as well as specialised chemistry and technology laboratories.

The project will also include a sports court and sports ground, an assembly area, covered parking bays, new fencing and a guardhouse.

This is a clear demonstration of government’s commitment to improve the conditions of learning and teaching across the Place of the Rising Sun.

It reflects a shared vision of creating safe and favorable spaces where both learners and educators can thrive.

In the not-too-distant future, this investment will bear fruit, bringing pride to the community and placing smiles on the faces of generations to come.
