All communists are charged with the responsibility to defend the working class against all forms of capitalism and imperialism - particularly rooted in neoliberalism and the capture and weaponising of the state apparatus. This responsibility must be advanced through the deepening of the workers’ revolution.

For this to materialise, the independence of the SACP must be safeguarded. Such independence requires SACP members to uphold militance and revolutionary discipline, anchored in firm organisational principles and unwavering commitment.
