After a week long wait to become a member of the Cape Town Tracking family, we unfortunately had to delay this client’s installation due to excessive water ingress into his vehicle most likely caused as a result of poor collision damage repairs carried out prior to the client purchasing the vehicle. Our technician pointed out some of the hidden damage and resultant water and the client was referred to BSC Repair Centre, our preferred Panelbeater, for assessment and proper repairs.
At the clients request, we have retained his programmed unit until his vehicle is properly repaired.

At 3am, our team executed recovery operations on behalf of a cherished client, underscoring our commitment beyond our Cape Town tracking client base. Following SAPS intervention, we bolstered our presence with two supplementary recovery teams near Swellendam. Through seamless coordination with SAPS, Law Enforcement, and Western Cape Traffic Control, the recovered load remained intact, unaffected by looting. We commend our teams for their unwavering dedication. Kudos to ITA, the tracking company involved, and our response teams for exceptional service.

Successfully installed a new power point for a valued client today and resolved several wiring issues. The client now has comprehensive power coverage throughout his vehicle, with easily accessible fuses protecting against potential overloads. A GPS and cell charger were connected to the ignition, meeting the client's specifications. Additional features include a fridge power point and extra outlet at the vehicle's rear, plus a central power point with USB connectivity. All wiring was thoroughly inspected and verified.
