FISH HOEK SURF LIFE SAVING CLUB NIPPERS the home of the SA Surf Lifesaving. The club has for over 50 years been an integral part of Fish Hoek and its surrounds. We offer a structured training program for boys and girls from as young as 5 years. Our Starfish Program is for ages 5 to 7, MicroNippers for ages 7 to 8, and Nippers in age groups U10, U12, and U14. Most of the Nippers compete in local, p

rovincial and national competitions. The club also includes competitive programs up to Masters (over 30). The club provides trained lifeguards who serve on our beaches on a voluntary and professional basis. This is a group to keep all of our Fish Hoek Nippers up to date and informed of everything happening with the Nippers throughout the season. Its going to work like a sort of newsletter...
