🌟 Men’s Mental Health Matters 🌟

As part of the Mzansi Men of Influence Awards, we're holding a special morning program dedicated to addressing key social issues affecting men in South Africa.

From high rates of depression to absentee fatherhood, and even the tragic intersection of men being both victims and perpetrators of gender-based violence, it’s time we talk openly and take action.

Our program will focus on three critical topics: 🧠 Mental Health: Breaking the stigma and encouraging men to seek help when they need it. It's okay not to be okay.
👨‍👧‍👦 Fatherhood & Family: Empowering men to play active roles in their families, building stronger, healthier relationships.
✊ Gender-Based Violence: Men taking a stand against GBV, promoting respect, and leading with compassion.
