Through our partnership with private and public sector entities, we develop innovative solutions to Africa’s socioeconomic issues by following a four-pronged approach that targets: 1) entrepreneurship and project conceptualisation; 2) implementation; 3) partnership and 4) advisory in the delivery of proven product solutions that comply with government policy. In the past, PARD focused more on providing product training on its machinery. However, after recognising the need for more entrepreneurship training we have incorporated business mentorship into our services offered as well. Our vision is to promote the development of SMME’s to assist entrepreneurs in creating new manufacturing businesses. We believe that by encouraging entrepreneurship initiatives in our rural communities, we also promote job creation, business solutions and poverty reduction.
