What a brilliant beach ride! Thank you to Jo and Karen Choice at Choice Carriers and to all the fabulous riders that went today, which made me realise how lucky I am to be involved with such great people. Thank you that everything went brilliantly, with the only incident of a phone in the sea, which still works.

Rehab going ahead in "leaps and bounds" well actually only 15 min walking allowed. But still a great step. So grateful to Dr Bart and our favourite Dr Franscois from Blue Cross Vet Clinic for holding our hands every step of the way, and always there to help. And of course our farrier for the last 30 years, Kevin Dodd. Tanta says thanks.
