Dear Brave Lions & Mighty monkey class Parents 🌿✨

As we prepare for our upcoming assessments and developmental observations, we would like to encourage continued learning and developmental support at home through fun, play-based experiences and everyday activities.

Between the ages of 3–6 years, children continue developing important skills such as communication, emotional regulation, independence, problem-solving, creativity, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, concentration, confidence, early literacy, early mathematics, and social interaction.

Below are some simple developmental and sensory-based activities you can try at home:

• Drawing, colouring, painting, cutting, and creative art activities
• Playdough activities to strengthen fine motor muscles
• Matching, sorting, and memory games
• Puzzles and simple problem-solving activities
• Counting objects during everyday routines
• Shape, colour, number, and letter recognition games
• Reading books together daily and discussing the story
• Practising name recognition and early writing skills
• Building with blocks, Lego, or construction toys
• Outdoor play such as running, climbing, balancing, jumping, and ball games
• Obstacle courses and movement activities
• Nature walks and collecting natural objects for discussion
• Sensory play with rice, sand, water, foam, jelly, oats, or ice
• Pretend play such as shops, cooking, dress-up, doctor play, or role play
• Music, dancing, action songs, and rhythm activities
• Encouraging independence during dressing, tidying up, toileting, and meal times
• Turn-taking games and activities that encourage patience and social interaction
• Simple baking or cooking activities to encourage following instructions and measuring

These activities help children strengthen confidence, independence, concentration, creativity, communication, and school readiness skills in a fun and natural way.

Please remember that every child develops at their own pace, and our goal is always to gently guide, support, and encourage each child according to their individual developmental journey.

Many of these developmental areas and observations will also be discussed further during assessment feedback and parent-teacher meetings later in the term if need be to see you. I will inform you.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child’s learning journey 🌸

Dear Busy Bee Class Parents 🌿✨

As we prepare for our upcoming assessments and developmental observations, we would like to encourage continued learning and developmental support at home through simple play-based activities.

At baby and toddler age, children learn best through play, movement, exploration, and sensory experiences. These activities help support important areas of development such as communication, confidence, coordination, independence, emotional regulation, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, social interaction, and problem-solving.

Below are some simple sensory and developmental activities you can try at home:

• Sand play using buckets, cups, spoons, and hidden toys
• Water play with pouring, scooping, and floating objects
• Finger painting and creative art activities
• Playdough activities for strengthening little hands
• Matching games using colours, shapes, animals, or pictures
• Building towers with blocks or stacking cups
• Running races and outdoor movement games
• Nature walks and park outings
• Bubble play for coordination and movement
• Dancing and action songs with imitation and movement
• Ball play such as rolling, throwing, kicking, and catching
• Scooping and transferring activities using spoons and containers
• Sensory trays using rice, pasta, oats, foam, jelly, flour, or ice
• Pretend play such as cooking, tea parties, shops, or caring for dolls
• Reading interactive books together daily
• Encouraging short periods of independent play with support nearby

These activities are wonderful for helping toddlers build confidence, independence, creativity, concentration, and social skills in a fun and natural way.

Please remember that all children develop at their own pace, and our goal is always to gently guide, support, and encourage each child according to their individual needs and developmental stage.

Many of these developmental areas and observations will also be discussed further during assessment feedback and parent-teacher meetings later in the term.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child’s learning journey 🌸

🌼 Exciting New Chapter at Little Einsteins Eduplay 💛🌼

I’m beyond excited to share a very special personal and professional milestone my little baby is now 6 weeks old 🍼✨
At this beautiful stage, we are beginning our unique, specialised early development journey, designed specifically for newborn growth, bonding, stimulation, and reaching those very first gentle milestones with love and care.
What makes this even more meaningful is that my daughter, who is now 11 years old, started this very same journey when she was a baby. Seeing how she has grown, flourished, and developed so positively over the years makes my heart so full 💛
Now I get to begin the same journey again with my son, who is just 6 weeks old, and I am truly excited not only as a mother, but also as an educator to offer him the same strong, loving foundation I have always believed in.
It’s such a blessing to witness the impact of early development, and I can’t wait to continue sharing this journey of growth, love, and milestones with all our little ones at Little Einsteins Eduplay 🌈👶
Here’s to new beginnings, beautiful memories, and strong foundations for the future 💫
