🎓🌟 A New Chapter of Leadership at Sutherland High School 🌟🎓

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Mr A. van der Merwe has been officially appointed as the School Principal of Sutherland High School.

Mr van der Merwe’s journey with Sutherland High School spans more than two decades, beginning in 1999 when he first joined the Suthies family. Through years of dedication, commitment and service to our school community, he has continued to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our learners, staff and families.

In 2008, Mr van der Merwe was appointed as Deputy Principal, taking on a greater leadership role and continuing to serve our school with unwavering commitment.

Today, we proudly welcome him into his new role as Principal of Sutherland High School. His extensive experience, knowledge of our school community and years of dedicated service make this a very special moment for the Suthies family.

As we look towards this new chapter, we look forward to continuing our journey of excellence, growth and achievement together, building on the proud traditions of our school while embracing the future.
