Schaapplaats Farm Cottages Schaapplaats Farm is an old farm dating from ±1860. The farmhouse built in ±1880. Legend has it that the house was a hospital during the Boer War.

Schaapplaats has two stone cottages set in the sandstone amphitheatre of the Maluti Mountains 8 km from Clarens. These sandstone cottages were built before the turn of the century and provide secure, comfortable accommodation in the garden of the house.
