Thuthukani Career Guiders and Community Developers is a community organisation founded by young tertiary students and graduates who merged together with a common goal to fight socio-economic issues in Mpumalanga in general and Delmas in particular. Their primary objective is to increase the number students enrolling at various universities and FET colleges. This vibrant youth of Delmas want to red
uce crime rate at the same time eradicating poverty and reducing unemployment rate in this area and particularly in the rural areas of Mpumalanga. Thuthukani Career Guiders and Community development is neither a political organisation nor a youth wing or left wing of any political organisation, but it is a community organisation that is fighting for development in Delmas as the name says "Thuthukani" meaning we must develop. However Thuthukani Career Guiders and Community Developers is ready to work hand in hand with any community organisation as long as it is not affiliated with any political party or pushing the agenda of any political organisation for that matter.
