Let us also remember that this year it was the EFF that tabled a motion in Parliament to establish an Ad Hoc Committee to address the violence and killings in Cape Town, particularly in the Cape Flats. This motion was accepted by the House, with amendments, without any objections. A multi-portfolio parliamentary intervention to confront the killings in Cape Town will be established, all thanks to the EFF.
