Loss is part of Life and something we all experience throughout our lives. Understanding and accepting that a grieving process is an essential part of adjusting to the loss experienced allows a healing process to begin. There is NO time frame on the type nor period of grieving that each individual needs before the healing begins.
There are merely effective and ineffective ways to grieve.
