The Libby app team is saddened to hear of the passing of Dolly Parton.

Dolly was a beloved artist and cultural icon, but perhaps just as importantly, she was a lifelong champion of literacy and the belief that everyone deserves access to books. Through the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, she helped put books into the hands of children in communities across the globe and inspired generations of young readers to discover the joy of reading.

Today, we’re taking a quiet moment to read in Dolly’s memory and to celebrate the incredible legacy she leaves behind.

Meet our Tuesday Senior knitting and crochet group! A special project is happening as they knit small blankies with a beanie and shoes for the premature babies up to 3 months who unfortunately do not survive. Photos are taken of these babies wrapped in the blankets. Photo and blanket handed to parents, which have shown to give them comfort after this sad time. The Thursday group have space if anyone wants to join!
