Rubusana branch - Ward 3 East London, Buffalo City Metro - is named after the Co-founder & one of the Vice Presidents of the ANC during the inaugural conference on 08 January 1912, Bloemfontein. The branch is comprised of Southernwood and Belgravia allotment areas. The branch is based in an urban area that accommodates various social classes i.e. students; the working class and ent

repreneurs. There appears to be no class struggle as the area is relatively peaceful. The branch has long been in existence and was established solely to provide leadership in matters that affect Ward 3 residents on a daily basis. The branch just like all ANC branches strictly adheres to the ANC constitution, policies and guidelines.
