The main purpose of this page is the development and the improvement of the socio economic fabric of Duncan Village.We aim to inform our people and keep them equipped with skills and opportunities.

This is the current state of Douglas Smith Highway in Duncan Village - a critical road used daily by residents, motorists, taxis and local businesses.

What is even more concerning is that six ANC councillors who reside in Duncan Village use this very road, yet there appears to be little urgency in addressing its deteriorating condition.

Motorists are suffering vehicle damage, while businesses and residents are affected by the poor state of the road. Douglas Smith Highway is an important artery for Duncan Village and the wider community.

The people deserve action, not excuses.

Where is the accountability? Where is the maintenance? How long must our communities suffer?

Duncan Village deserves better. We demand action!

During our door-to-door outreach, we came across a deeply sad story about an incident that took place at Empilweni Hospital in Duncan Village a year ago.

A year later, the family is still suffering and, sadly, they feel that they have not received justice.

Their story is a painful reminder that behind every incident is a family left to carry the emotional pain, unanswered questions, and consequences long after the event has passed.

We believe their voices deserve to be heard, and their call for justice deserves to be taken seriously.
