We are absolutely blown away by the incredible generosity shown by the learners, teachers and families of Clarendon Preparatory School ! 🥹👏

As part of the R5 School Challenge in support of Guardians of Hope, the school raised R8,870.48! 🎉🎉

A huge thank you to Wings and Wishes, FlySafair, Port Rex Lions and EZ Shuttles for making the trip to Red Cross Hospital possible for our sweet Nia 💛💛💛

At Wings & Wishes, we firmly believe that it takes a village to care for a child. And sometimes, that village extends far beyond our own organisation.

Collaboration with other organisations and community partners is so important to us, because together we can make a much bigger difference in the lives of children and their families.

Today, we were honoured to assist Guardians of Hope in ensuring that this little sweetheart could travel to Red Cross Children’s Hospital to access the expert medical care she needs.

Last week we said goodbye to three very special little souls who have each begun a beautiful new chapter.

Hanna has gone to her new forever family, where we pray she will be surrounded by unconditional love, happiness and all the beautiful things she deserves.

Emmie has been reunited with her biological mother, and Ocean has returned to her biological family. What a blessing it is to see these little ones move forward into the arms of their families.

At Guardians of Hope, we know that our role is only for a season. While saying goodbye is never easy, it is an absolute honour and privilege to love, nurture and care for these precious children while they are with us.

Hanna, Emmie and Ocean, you will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your stories.

We wish each of you and your families a lifetime filled with love, happiness, healing and beautiful memories. May your journeys ahead be blessed beyond measure.

You may leave our home, but you will never leave our hearts.
