REVISED PAYMENT DATE FOR APRIL 2026 - TVET Colleges
The purpose of this circular is to formally communicate the revised payment date for April 2026, in respect of tuition and allowances (excluding NSFAS Accredited Accommodation), bringing the payment date forward from 25 April to 17 April 2026. The NSFAS Accredited Accommodation payment date will remain unchanged. The submission of accurate and complete registration data, for both tuition and allowances information, remains a critical input towards NSFAS’s ability to successfully make correct payments to all qualifying students. Since the commencement of the 2026 academic year, while the majority of registration data uploaded for qualifying students has been accurate, NSFAS has continued to battle with receiving incorrect registration data which has led to some students not being paid or being partially paid. Before any payments are deemed due to a beneficiary, the registration data uploaded must pass all validations against funding rules.
