Revolutionary Greetings Comrades
It's so agony to learned saddened news that the death have robbed us one our own echelon.

The ANCYL Bavumile Vilakazi Zone learnt with great sense of sadness and grief about the passing away of Comrade Reform Mtungwa who was a ANC Ward 33 Deputy Secretary, and serving as well as the ANCYL Ekurhuleni REC member before succumbed to death shortly in early hours today.

As the ANCYL in the Zone, we convey our sincere heartfelt condolences to the family of Comrade Reform Mtungwa, the entire Progressive Youth Alliance and the people of Ekurhuleni whom he loved bitterly.

Comrade Reform dedicated his short life in the people's organization the "ANC" and the congress youth movement to advance, deepen and defend our National Democratic Revolution (NDR). As he was leading the economic sub-committee in ANCYL Ekurhuleni Region he'll be remembered for his relentless fight for economic emancipation and free education for young people in zone and all corners of the region. He served well as the leader of both ANC, SACP and PYA.

Comrade Reform departs at a very difficult time where an anti-majoritarian liberal (the facists) DA led minority coalition frustrate his people in the city, particularly in his ward where there's poor service delivery. We're saying this assertion because Comrade Reform as the young legal aspect of our generation in the zone, always emphasize the importance of reclaiming the loss ground in our communities particularly to mobilise the youth under the banner of the ANC.

He demonstrate clear comprehension the sites of the struggle which include state power, the economy, communities, battle of ideas and the struggle for environmental and labor justice. His praxis in appreciating the role of the ANC and ANCYL in communities was not limited to the organization structures but entailed being a community activist.

In this regard, cde Reform dedicated his time as a community development
