The Grade R learners of De Rust Futura Akademie recently visited the school garden as part of their Arbor Month activities.
The learners had the opportunity to plant their own bean seeds and learn about the importance of plants and trees. They enthusiastically participated in preparing the soil, planting their seeds and watering them.
This hands-on activity encouraged the learners to appreciate nature and understand the importance of caring for plants. The visit was a fun and educational experience that allowed the young learners to celebrate Arbor Month while developing a love for the environment! π€©
