Generally, we like to show the reasons why this town is special. Unfortunately, there are times when we feel a bit despondent. Hanover has serious problems with water, accounts have been problematic but for the rest service delivery has been largely acceptable and people enjoy living here. However, lately, illegal dumping has become a problem. What drives ANYBODY to go to these extremes? Took me a whole day to clean up. Thank you to the sanitation staff and Hanover manager of Emthanjeni Local Municipality that agreed to pick up the bags after their normal rounds in other parts of town.
