Update on our owlets Hootie and Twyla 🦉🦉

Before the year ends, it's time for an overdue update on our beautiful owlets Hootie and Twyla.
They are still our garden residents at Segwati and bless us with their calls and bopping head dances every night.
They watch us from the overhead tree branches and seem to remember us with love and trust...this warms our hearts 🦉❤️
The impact they have made on our lives is inexplicable as they came into our lives at the time when our youngest daughter flew from our nest, to spread her own wings.
The Analogy is so precise, and I believe Hootie and Twyla were sent to us in preparation of letting our own daughter fly, to reach her dreams❤️

Today as we celebrate Segwati's own, we are reminded how many lives have been touched by this Legend of a person ❤️

His patience in teaching the inexperienced,
His encouragement of those who are afraid to conquer their fears,
His ultimate goal for everyone to leave Segwati, having experienced something special to add to their memories of a lifetime,
His stern and unwavering demand for respect for both himself, his fellow guests and his staff,
The way he goes out of his way to ensure everyone's safety whilst still giving them the experience of a lifetime
And of course his friendly smile, his loving heart and warm hugs for everyone❤️
