The Family Tree Our purpose is to raise funds for Hermanus Child and Family Services (HCFS). Our mission is to protect and support the most vulnerable in our society.

HCFS has been servicing the community of Hermanus and surrounding areas for over 75 years.

Hermanus Child & Family Services (HCFS) is looking for a capable, energetic and self-motivated ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ฉ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ซ to manage ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐…๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐“๐ซ๐ž๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ฉ.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop
Oversee donated stock, pricing, displays and stock control
Manage sales, cash-ups, banking and administration
Supervise staff and volunteers
Promote the shop and provide excellent customer services.

Can work independently and take responsibility for the shop
Has strong organisational and administrative skills
Is comfortable with cash handling, stock control and record keeping
Has good people-management and customer-service skills
