The African National Congress is not surprised that the celebrity councillors of the EFF have once again seeked public sympathy through lies and cheap sensation.

The EFF has again shown its short-sightedness when it comes to council affairs by continuing on a campaign that does not seek to build but rather advance an agenda of who can be the better “Mayor”.

The EFF has, as usual, sighted points which are a reflection of pointing of 1 finger and forgetting the 3 that are pointing backwards.

We wish to remind community members that all the efforts by Celebrity Frans Mans are only for him to advance an agenda of showing who is better than Makenna. The Celebrity has repeatedly proven to the community that he is using the stipend gets on data, for social media worship and nothing more. He has repeatedly shown that he is allergic to reading local government legislation hence the unfounded idiotic remarks.

The EFF’s amnesia is evident that they are expressing the incompetence of a fly-by-night Mayor who was obsessed with Facebook likes more than service delivery. The Obsessed Mayor neglected a critical point of informing the servants of the years that he was at helm of the municipality, so as to equip the team and servants with sufficient things to say.

The ANC in Thembelihle welcomes any progressive critic but abhor lies that seek to rejuvenate a failed agenda that was driven by Fabianists who never cared for the people.

In conclusion, we invite the celebrity fighters to go back to local government calendar and see who was going to be blamed if indeed their gossip was the truth. The ANC and SGB is currently pushing towards stability that was crippled by a Friends-Like-These EFF arrangement hence they know well about it. The ANC/SCM are now correcting mistakes made because of egocentric approach to running the municipality and disregarding legislation hence the illegal appointment of an MM by the EFF.

Thembelihle Subregion

The ANC Thembelihle Subregion is pleased to announce the inauguration of SGB Councillor Marnus Visser. He replaces Danny Jonas, who was expelled from the SGB a year ago but refused to vacate his position. Jonas went to court with false pretenses, misleading Council and the community of Thembelihle. But the NC High Court and the IEC confirmed that he was legally removed by the legitimate SGB Executive Committee, led by Andrew Phillips, the legitimate Chairperson. Section 27 (b) Act 117 of 1998 was successfully imposed on Jonas.

We welcome Councillor Visser and wish him success in his new role as the Honourable Councillor pledged to serve the Thembelihle Community tirelessly and around the clock, working closely with the ANC and other political parties in the Municipal Council.
