Empowering Our New Tenants, One Conversation at a Time!

This past weekend, JOSHCO successfully welcomed and engaged our new tenants at the newly launched Riverside View Phase 4 through a comprehensive tenant education workshop.

The induction provided tenants with valuable insights into key JOSHCO processes, including Lease Agreement Conditions, Revenue and Rental Matters, Maintenance Request Procedures, and Safety Protocols within the development.

We believe that an informed tenant is an empowered tenant.
