To make provisions for procedures and related matters in criminal proceedings: Document 001.
Human rights.
The construction contains a bill of right which protects the basic or fundamental rights wirh which every person is born . All the south african are protected against unlawful infringement of their rights by the state or others.
The construction states that the bill of right affirm the Democratic value of human dignity, equality and freedoms .
The bill of right applies ro all, a legal rule will be invalid if it is inconflict with one of rhe righr in the bill of right.
Eg: The constitutional court found that the dearh penalty is inconflict with with the right to life.
