Sifiso Falala Foundation

Sifiso Falala Foundation The SFF is a non-profit organisation set up to address specific societal, humanitarian and quality of life related challenges.

The organisation operates through the goodwill of several partner organisations. The foundation has a number of experts and volunteers who assist with advice, management and monitoring, in addition to any financial assistance where applicable. Our philosophy is to address the main causes of the aims of SFF and to eliminate or manage the causes such that sustainable future success is achieved. We are also interested in using such success stories as case studies for our other interests.

As the country celebrates the Class of 2025, the Education Village proudly honours Moletsane Secondary School on achieving a 100% matric pass rate. 🎓✨

This achievement reminds us that where you come from does not define where you are going. With hard work, support, and determination, dreams remain valid and achievable.

We celebrate Soweto’s finest, and we will continue to place them on a pedestal, because we know the potential they carry.

From the Sifiso Falala Foundation, Education Village, and Plus 94 Research, we send a huge congratulations to the Matric Class of 2025. We wish you all the very best as you step into the next chapter of your journey.

Meet Lorrencia Maduma, a powerhouse of ambition and a true Education Village success story. ✨

A 3rd-year student at North West University, Lorrencia is pursuing a degree in Business Operations with Logistics Management. Her journey with the Education Village began back in 2019, when she joined the programme as a Top Achiever from Denver Secondary School.

Her dedication, combined with the support of the Education Village and her school, saw her matriculate top of her class, earning 100% in Business Studies and recognition from the Gauteng Department of Basic Education as a Provincial Business Studies Top Achiever.

Today, we’re proud to celebrate Lorrencia as an Education Village beneficiary who went on to become a Plus 94 Research intern in the Planning & Coordination Department, working under the mentorship of Plus 94 Research CEO, Dr Sifiso Falala, on key projects that shape her professional path.

This video captures her growth, her determination, and the real impact of the Education Village.

Happy International Literacy Day! 📚

The Sifiso Falala Foundation Education Village, is marking the day by bringing two schools together (yesterday we had Moletsane Secondary School with Denver Secondary focusing on Mathematics paper 2). The best teachers in mathematics and science are sourced giving every learner a great learning experience. Everyone walks away with new lessons.

Over the next week we’ll share more from this cross-day initiative , showing how reading and learning connect communities.
