The remodeling of, 260 Main Road, Kalk Bay across the old Clovelly Station started in January 2015 and is nearing completion. Nearly all of the existing structure was demolished/rebuilt. The existing structure was underpinned to create space underneath and a studio added on top. A mammoth task considering the amount of rock, dirt and sand that had to be removed mostly by hand and with almost no parking space in the street with one lane being closed due to the roadworks.
