MEC will be delivering a keynote speech at the matric award ceremony to be held today @ Tabernacle church in Kimberley near Newton Primary school.

The event, which is earmarked to celebrate the success and hardwork of the province's top matric achievers, starts @ 11:00.

Tayla Botha, from Kalahari h**r skool in Kuruman, is also the province's top candidate for both Physical Science and Mathematics.
