We recently raised awareness on breast cancer during October by hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness Day. We invited two ladies, Mrs. Ronel Soudens from Dept. Social development & Mrs. Antonia Apie, who is cancer survivors to share their testimonies. Me Leonie from CANSA gave info about desease and its causes. We thank all the speakers & community members that joined us to make a success of the event. Thumbs up to the EL-Shaddai Staff, u've outdone yourselves.

We were guests at the Creative Writing Seminar - 23 to 24 Feb 2016 at the William Humphrey Museum. This event was organised by the Dept of Sports, Art, Culture & recreation in liaison with Sol Plaatjie University.
The learners were inspired to do creative writing in their mother tongue irrespective of what it may be & they also had great fun.
